The Lens Intelligence LLC is a US-registered research and technology company focused on bridging the global data gap in women's health. Our registered address is 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA.

The Insights Engine is our research initiative to collect the first structured dataset on Pakistani women's midlife health, including perimenopause and menopause. This survey is the primary data collection instrument of that initiative.

2. What Information We Collect

This survey is fully anonymous. We cannot identify you from your responses and we do not attempt to do so.

Health experiences including symptoms, timing, and severity related to perimenopause and menopause
Demographic information including age group, location, and general health background
Family health history relevant to midlife health
Healthcare access and care-seeking experiences
Cultural and social context as it relates to health experiences

Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
Any government identification number
Any information that could directly identify you as an individual

3. How We Use Your Information

Your anonymized responses are used exclusively for the following purposes:

Building the first evidence base for Pakistani women's midlife health experiences
Producing aggregated research insights and reports for policymakers, clinicians, NGOs, and health institutions
Supporting academic publications and white papers on South Asian women's health
Informing the development of health tools and platforms designed for Pakistani and South Asian women

We will never use your data for:

Commercial advertising or marketing to you
Sale to any third party for any purpose
Insurance, employment, or any other individual assessment

Where Your Data is Stored

Survey responses are stored on secure servers managed by our technology partners. We take all reasonable steps to ensure data is stored with appropriate security protections including encryption at rest and in transit.

Who Has Access

Access to individual survey responses is restricted to authorized members of The Lens Intelligence research team only. No third party has access to individual response data without explicit written agreement and your prior consent.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Anonymized survey data is retained for the duration of the research initiative and may be retained indefinitely in anonymized, aggregated form for long-term research purposes. Because responses are anonymous we cannot identify or delete individual responses upon request.

5. Research Use and Publication

This research initiative is being submitted for ethical review through an Institutional Review Board (IRB) in the United States in partnership with an accredited academic institution. The data collection and handling procedures described in this policy are designed to meet IRB ethical research standards.

Findings from this research may be published in academic journals, policy briefs, and public reports. All published findings will present data in aggregated form only. No individual responses will ever be published or shared in a way that could identify a participant.

6. Your Rights

Because this survey is fully anonymous we are unable to identify your specific responses in our dataset. However you have the following rights:

The right to stop participating at any time before submitting the survey
The right to ask questions about how your data is used by contacting us at the address below
The right to withdraw consent at any time, though we cannot guarantee deletion of already-submitted anonymous responses

7. Children and Minors

This survey is intended for women aged 35 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18 please do not participate in this survey.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be reflected in the Effective Date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy before participating in the survey.
