Who is running this survey?

This survey is conducted by The Lens Intelligence LLC, a research initiative dedicated to building the first evidence base for Pakistani women's midlife health.

What is the purpose?

We are collecting health experiences from Pakistani women across three generations to create research that does not yet exist anywhere in the world. Your responses will help build evidence that improves how doctors, clinics, NGOs, and policymakers understand and serve Pakistani women.

Is this anonymous?

Yes. Completely. We do not collect your name, email address, or any information that can identify you. Your responses cannot be traced back to you.

Is my participation voluntary?

Yes. Your participation is completely voluntary. You may stop at any time without any consequence. There is no obligation to answer every question.

How will my data be used?

Your anonymized responses will be used for research purposes only, including academic publications, policy reports, and the development of health tools for Pakistani women. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
